The Edge is the story of a young boy, a fisherman's son, who lived in Galilee when Jesus was ministering to His flock. Joshua had a lot of chores to help his mom and dad. He was so busy, he hardly had time to hang with his pals, Peter and Rafael, who told him about the new prophet and His wonderful works, and how much He loved kids. He became so curious about Him that he developed an obsession, a passion, to see Him. Every time Jesus was preaching in the area, Joshua was busy and would miss Him. But his pals were always there and came back to tell him all about it. He could see the crowds grow as they gathered around Jesus, and as they followed Him. His heart ached for Him, but unfortunately he never had the time. His ordeal begins when he finds out that Jesus will be preaching on a nearby meadow, and he makes up his mind that on that day, God willing, he will be there. The Edge is the story of Joshua's struggle to overcome the obstacles he finds on his way to the meadow. It is a story for all ages.
