British architect James O'Hara conceives of a futuristic plan for a unique theme park. The function of Honeycomb Park is for all its projected £200m annual profits to be channeled to five British good causes. The park is intended to revive an interest in the history and geography of a once great nation whilst raising its 21st century profile throughout the world in an inimitable and entertaining way. It is intended that the 'Elderly' in care homes, 'Children's' hospices, the 'Disabled', the 'National Trust' and 'Help For Heroes', plus an unexpected sixth faction, should benefit greatly from its existence. Due to its altruistic nature backers for the £450m project are impossible to find. Financial institutions and venture capitalists are not interested in charities, they want profits. James is on the point of giving up on the concept when he meets Kate Shields. She has the contacts he needs to resurrect it. Together they gather a highly skilled and professional team around them to make it happen. This is a fictional tale based upon the actual Honeycomb Brief sent to the Prime Minister's office in 10 Downing Street, London. It describes the major financial, practical and emotional challenges they have to overcome in pursuit of their goal whilst growing ever closer together as they try to conquer each in turn. There are a few twists and turns along the way, not to mention the numerous surprises and seemingly unnatural coincidences thrown up by the so called 'Chaos Theory' and the 'Six Degrees of Separation' phenomenon.
