The following tale is based on a short essay written in "The Secret Writings of Montana Schwartz, Volume II". In that book, I called it a science fiction story that I believed to be more science than fiction. I still maintain that conviction to be positively true. This story takes place at the start of twenty-fifth century. It illustrates what can happen when science, technology and research run amuck without any restraint. Much of what is authored herein has originated from articles written in the series of fourteen Montana Schwartz books. Most of those articles are sardonic in nature but closer to the truth than many of you would really like to believe. Not to worry - the milieu of the following story is so far into the future that you - your children - your grandchildren - and your great grandchildren, will never see it come to pass. However, if any of you have a modicum of foresight, you will understand that things foretold here have their origins in what's happening right now, in this day and age
