Brigadier Bose walked briskly with food packets on the footpath. As usual Tweety, his pet dog, walked by his side. They were returning home and were in a hurry since dark clouds were gathering. Heavy rains have become a usual thing in the evenings for the last two weeks. All of a sudden a group of stray dogs came running towards them, knocked the old man down and snatched the food packets. The Brigadier fell down and became unconscious. Tweety tried to drive the dogs away but, alone, he was helpless. Soon people crowded there, and they mistook Tweety to be one amongst the attackers and chased him by throwing stones, sticks, and whatever they could get hold of. Tweety ran in panic and jumped into a nearby canal and got washed away by the strong under currents. Down the river he went and reached ashore in "The Jungle of Harmony". Elfy, the baby elephant, carried him into the safety of Baba's hut. It was a strange place. There lived all kind of animals - the largest to the smallest, the fiercest to the mildest. All of them, in one way or the other, were saved from human cruelty by the Baba. All of them lived together in peace and harmony - the sparrow, the monkey, the peacock, the python, the cobra, the bear, the tiger, the lion and the pigeon and so on. All of them welcomed Tweety. However, Tweety longed for the presence of his dear Brigadier. He remembered the incident that happened three years back when, in a similar situation, he was rescued by Arul, a six year old boy, the Brigadier's grandchild, who came in search of him, and the adventures they had on their way back home. Will Arul come in search of Tweety again? Will both of them go back to the love of their Brigadier? Read on to be part of this astounding journey into the world of animals... to see the world through their eyes... to feel the sufferings through their pain... to feel the happiness through their triumph...
