The law enforcement officials have to deal with crime every day in the city of Menard, TX. Sheriff Withers is suddenly approached by a real spirit (James Krandel) to warn Sheriff Withers of the Devils return to the town of Dexter to sacrifice James brother(Ethan Krandel) in order to continue the spread evil in the future years. Sheriff Withers is very skeptical when talking about the Devil considering that the town of Dexter ran out of business back in the seventeen hundreds and is now a tourist attraction in Texas. Suddenly, Sheriff Withers and his law enforcement colleagues start to notice strange paranormal activities that happen in the city of Menard and in the town of Dexter. Sheriff Withers is shocked to notice that the old town of Dexter is up and running and people are living in the town once again. Sheriff Withers is approached by two priests who speak of their religious activities against the Devil and the priests and Sheriff Withers start to research the history of the town of Dexter and Sheriff Withers realizes that their may be a strong connection between the Devil and the up rise of the town of Dexter. Sheriff Withers starts to realize that the sacrifice of Ethan Krandel could be real and the sacrifice would continue The Krandel Prophecy in order to continue evil in the world. Sheriff Withers becomes anxious to stop the sacrifice of Ethan Krandel so The Krandel prophecy will be no more. The Sheriff and his colleagues must go up against the Devils demon slaves in order to stop The krandel prophecy and Sheriff Withers sees how difficult the fight for good will be.
