The total of 542 members of parliament to the Lok Sabha is elected through the voters of the country.The members of parliament to the Rajya Sabha is elected through the members of the elected members of Legislative Assemblies of the states. The Term of the Lok Sabha members is 5 years and for the Rajya Sabha 06 years.The President of India is also Elected through the Electrol college consisting of the Members of Parliament both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha and the Elected Members of State and Union Territories Legislative members of the states. Accordingly the Vice President of India is also elected through the Electrol College consisting of the members of both Houses of Parliament ie Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The function and proceedings of the Lok Sabha is controlled by the Speaker of Lok Sabha and for the Rajya Sabha is concerned its Chairman who is the Vice President of India who is the Ex-Officio Chairman of the Rajya Sabha. The Independent Judiciary ,an independant Election Commission, Chief Vigiliance Commission, Union Public Service Commission, Criminal Bureau of Investigation which are the special features of the Indian constitution. No where in the world like India the Political freedom is available. Accordingly for the state governments are concerned its Chief Ministers are elected by the people of the country only. The Chief Minister is the leader of the state council of ministers. In the state governments are concered the most probably in the maximum state Headquarters one High Court will be made available.Now India is the free country and it is not under the colonialism. The Elected Governments at the union and the state governments are concerned they are free to make any legislation for the welfare of the people.The implementation of the public policies of the union Governments are concerned the people at large are still not got the freedom.
