I had no clue where to turn, what to do, or how I would even be able to pick myself back up. I have to share with you that there is hope! There is a way for you to get through your nightmare. I want you to be able to remember all the love, laughter, and great memories. It is okay for you to grieve, hurt, and cry; but you have to get back up and take it one minute, one hour, and one day at a time. I will share my story and how and what has gotten me through this nightmare. You never get over losing your child, but there are ways to help you get through it.
