Tiger Price is a fifty-year-old prison investigator who is on the verge of retiring after 29 years of state service. Tiger Price a.k.a. 'T.P.', has always desired to operate his own private investigations service and the time had finally come in his life to live his dream. Much to his demise, he is being heavily prompted by his superiors to conduct one last investigation prior to his retirement. A high-profile inmate has been murdered amongst the prison population. This particular inmate happens to be the former leader of the most controversial organization within the prison. Tiger Price is said to be the best investigator in the business and his conclusive investigations have afforded him a multitude of recognition. Under much protest from family and caring co-workers, Tiger Price reluctantly elects to accept the assignment to investigate the recent prison murder, just three weeks prior to his retirement. The mystery begins one afternoon as two inmates are involved in a fight during a basketball game. Within moments after the fight is resolved by prison officials, a lifeless body is found lying face down in the weight-pile. There is no distinct evidence of what type of weapon was used in the murder and the prospect for possible suspects could be numerous. During his investigation, Tiger Price, will leave no stone unturned in his quest to solve the murder in a timely fashion.
