Roy lives in a crummy trailer park in Tampa, with his friend, Doc Shull. He's dead.One night, Roy sees Joey acting differently.Instead of staring out towards the Tampa Highway, waiting for Charlie, he's looking up at the stars with deep concentration. When Roy asks him what he's doing, Joey simply answers "I'm moving the stars."He thinks nothing of the boy's strange, and cryptic answer, until the oddest thing starts happening. The stars, either of their own accord, or that of a lonely child, start shifting in the sky - in the rough shape of a one-eyed dog.
