Elizabeth is the wife of William Henry Bowers III. Together they have raised two children, Dennis Edward Bowers and Carla Elizabeth Bowers-Smalls. They are the delighted grandparents of; Elonne, Jonathan, and Joshua Bowers; and Timothy Keller and Shaina Smalls.
