Internet release authorized. 3. DIRECTIVES AFFECTED. Directives, Publications and Reports Index (DPRI), COMDTNOTE 5600 dated 26 January 2015 is cancelled. 4. DISCUSSION. This Edition reflects changes to directives, publications, and reports through 22 April 2015. 5. DISCLAIMER. This guidance is not a substitute for applicable legal requirements, nor is it itself a rule.
