Jade Woodard returns home to Lakewood Ohio from Washington after her divorce to start a new chapter in life where she is most familiar. In the twist and turns of the journey to learn who she is, where her sister keeps disappearing to, and why her mother hates her so much Jade finds she cannot escape the icy blue eyed Darcc and the feelings she is being taken over with for him. Sinking into a world of despair amid the threats to mind her business these three women grow, love and grieve will she survive the threats of death while trying to stay postive and keep wishing on a star?
