I did, however, have to confront and resolve some issues in my past., At times the process was painful, but it is paying off, and as a result, I am living my life unapologetically." Woman Up" is designed to empower women who have developed the disease to please, to identify and address the unresolved issues that contribute their need to be accepted so that they too can live unapologetically authentic lives.
