Shah Bazlur Rahman Zulqarnain Uwaisee born (1930) in a Sunni Muslim Family of Tangail, Bangladesh, a progeny of one of the myrters in the battle of Karbala, Abbas Alamdar (R.A), son of Ali (PBUH), and a step brother of Immam Husain (PBUH). He was born in the stream of Alavi Syeds of Bangladesh, a progeny of Shaikh Muhammad Budai Alavi, worked in the military of Sultan Alluddin Husain Shah of India (Bangla-Bihar)and also preach tariqua among the soldiers. He also wrote a book called Hidayatul Rami. Renown saints in his family stream were Sadek Mahmud, Sukoor Mahmud and Fakir Mahmud. Learned Holy Quran, Arabic Grammar and basis of all subject from father Mawlana Moesuddin Uwaisee. Earned Bachelors (1951) and Masters (1952) degree from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh in statistics (honors) with several publications in statistics. Served Government of Pakistan and Bangladesh from 1954 in different departments like Statistics and Administration and retired as Deputy Secretary Finance in 1988. Came under the guidance of Maulana Shah Abdus Sattar Uwaise (an adherent of Uwais Qarni) in 1951 and got Khilafat to preach the Tariqat in 1976 from Shah A.S.M Abdul Jalil Uwaisee, Gaddinasheen peer of Hazrat Shah Abdus Sattar Uwaise's Huzra Sharif. His vice gent or Khalifas in Bangladesh are Syed Nurul Kabir Uwaisee (the writer of this book), Khalliluzzaman Uwaisee, Sgt. Alauddin Ahmed Uwaisee, Ashraful Arefeen Mahmud Uwaisee (his elder son). Published several books on teachings of Uwaise Tariqa, Islamic history and on conceptual misunderstandings in Islam. Translated in Bangali the renowned book Nahjul Balaga of Hazrat Ali(PBUH).
