I believe it was also the first step in making more people understand that there is what I see as a moderate 70% of the population looking for reconciliation, looking to join together to fight what can readily be seen as shared best interests, shared values and visions, and what really lies at the heart-and-soul of the American people. In this book, "An Epic Clashing Of Values", I take a closer look into what brought so many of us together in the run-up to the 2018 elections. And "Trump" and his administration appointees, and their positions, policies and actions, says it all! I remind us what could have been done for our country and wasn't. And I look at so many of the positions, policies and actions that were taken, and how harmful they've been to the American people, but also the people of our world!Round #2 will the 2020 presidential elections. And I take a deeper look into what I see as the winning formula that took us so far in 2018, and "should" power our way forward. Once again, that meant making Every Voter Matter; unifying & empowering The Moderate 70%; and Organizing Around Shared Best Interests. And i review why the road to the 2020 election could well be very challenging!And there will surely be a Round #3; in fact this third round is well underway, in the epic clashing of visions and values between the growing number and virulence of these "suppressionista", authoritarian-leaning leaders and regimes, and the democratic way of life. First I look into what is meant by a "democratic way of life". And I take a deep look at the ideological, political, economic and social threats and challenges to the democratic way of life. Finally I take an extensive look at what is meant by suppression, as well as what is meant by oppression and repression; and why "suppressionistas" and suppression seem to be the most inclusive term, and worthy of a much closer look, in order to understand what the democratic way of life is up against! I take a closer look at the justifications, aims and goals; the "targets"; the tools; the dangers that intellectuals pose; what freedom of expression means; how "suppressionistas" use propaganda; and finally the "suppressionista" leaders and regimes themselves.This is meant to be an informative look at this epic clashing of visions and values. But it is also meant to be an advisory of sorts to those who treasure the democratic way of life - that there are serious threats and challenges all around us, and that we must be aware of them, and be prepared to stand our ground, if the democratic way of life is to survive as a viable form of a more representative style of governance and way of life!
