Castaway on a piece of real-estate that measures only a few square meters on a low tide, a volcanic atoll a thousand miles from any land or help, and with their yacht sunk, Jane and her lover attempt to survive and prolong the lives, they had once considered worthless, for just a while longer, for no better reason than for an unrealistic but unbreakable commitment they had made to each other. A romantic, and an against all odds, fight for survival, story, involving, kidnapping, drug smugglers, murder and death on the high seas, along with moments of out of place, humor, takes Jane on a nightmare journey that only death itself can allow her to forget. Their life story will twist back on itself testing their sanity and blurring reality for the young ocean refugees trying to rescue themselves from a life already lost, using the only catalyst they had left in their medicine bag, their love of each other, and a crazy promise.
