Description

Heaven by the Sea is a heart-warming story with a devilish component. It follows the main character through the three Heaven and Earth Ages. Part One, The First Earth Age, establishes the relationships between the main character, A.J., and several of the secondary characters. It also sets the tone for Parts Two and Three-the second and third Earth Ages. In Part Two, A.J. is a "fifty something" widowed preacher in a seedy borough of New York City. His wife of twenty-five years died five years earlier from a rare form of cancer. Over the years, A.J. gained a reputation of taking his work out on the streets and helping the needy where they live. However, a physical ailment and a near-death experience caused him to retire to his hometown, Cocoa Beach, Florida. In Cocoa Beach, he joined his lifelong friends, Jack and Laura, to begin a new era of his life. Early on, he began to make some new friends including a pair of angelic bottlenose dolphins, which he named Michael and Gabriel. A.J. learned later that Gabriel was a female and changed her name to Gabrielle. God had blessed A.J. financially through the stock market, so he was not pressed to work. Through Jack and Laura's church, he began to volunteer at the local children's hospital where he made two new important friendships. Maggie was the Head Nurse, also in her fifties, and took a liking to A.J. the moment she met him. James Walker had recently retired from the hospital as Chief Pediatrician. Without a church to preach in, A.J. searched for a substantial way to serve God. His new friends, including the dolphins, had a profound influence on him. With the help of a realtor, Betty, A.J. located and acquired an abandoned spa-resort on a private lagoon south of Cocoa Beach. Together they opened a therapy clinic, the namesake, for children based on Dolphin therapy. With the help of volunteers, the old spa was transformed into a nonprofit, children's therapy clinic with fantastic facilities, where families could stay with their children who were receiving physical therapy. Shortly after opening, while their first child client, Ashley, was still there, a hurricane caused Heaven by the Sea to close for repairs, after which, it reopened and thrived. It gained national support and controversy over their use of dolphins, but A.J. quickly dispelled the controversy through transparency and honesty. Even though the dolphins were wild and in no way confined, they did, however, have to obtain a permit from the National Marine Fisheries Service and add a dolphin expert, Monica, to their staff in a miraculous manner. Suddenly and unexpectedly, the world was drastically changed overnight. Apollyon, Satan, in his role as Antichrist was kicked out of Heaven onto the Earth, and the apostasy of II Thessalonians 2:3 began. Apollyon began his flood of lies to the world at the United Nations and quickly moved over the whole Earth deceiving the world, claiming to be Jesus Christ. His supernatural powers and wisdom persuaded the population to "fly away" with him in what was known as the rapture. A.J. gained the national spotlight with his biblical teaching that Apollyon was the False-Christ, not the true Christ, but few listened. Heaven by the Sea became a stronghold for those who did listen to A.J., and they withstood Apollyon's flood of lies and power. The sound of the seventh trumpet initiated the Second Advent of the true Christ, the Lord's Day, the millennium, . A.J.'s teaching of Biblical prophecies came to fruition. All human flesh melted away as each individual stepped into their spiritual body. A.J. and his friends joined the multitude of others, which had remained true to Jesus Christ, at the millennial Temple to worship God and receive their assignments to go out into the world and teach the word of God to the lost souls. In between the teaching, A.J. was reunited with the three dolphins. A.J. and James also visited some very famous places in this world and out of this world.
