Do you know which side of the gulf is waiting for you? Walking Through the Park is my written testimony of how God directed me through the first54-years of life. It was inspired at a time when I was forced to re-evaluate who I was and where I was going. As I did so, I found that my events in life, and present circumstances, where not that different from those experienced by many others, and it made me feel good knowing I was not alone. God is in control He gives us free will to choose His guidance, and His best for our lives, or to choose to navigate through life on our own. Every story in the book is true. These are the events God used to direct, shape, and mold me. They reflect my personal failures and accomplishments. The characters are the people God used to push and pull me in different directions, the most important of which was Mom and Dad. The progression through the chapters is natural and follows the major periodical changes in life. The Introduction gives a sense of who I am and what is important to me. Chapter after chapter shows the reader how life is more than just a journey, it is a well-planned Divine scheme of events with a definite beginning and end or transition from life to life. My hope is that the reader will discover their life has a definite purpose and goal and there is an important decision they need to make. God can and will lead, guide, and control your life if you ask Him to, but you must invite Him in.
