The search for the meaning of life has been a challenge throughout history. Reflect and Rejoice is an effort to review my life--its high points, its low points, and a lot of in-between points. This is a reflection on my life's journey. I have had, what I would call, a fantastic life. I have been blessed with many opportunities and adventures. I have been an ordained Presbyterian minister for over fifty years and served varied congregations. I served as the pastor of the Protestant Congregation in Kathmandu, Nepal, which is an international and interdenominational congregation. Prior to going to Nepal, I served small rural churches and large urban churches in the Midwest and in Florida. There was much to learn in every situation. In this book I reflect on my life. And I rejoice in the experiences that have helped give me insight into how to sort out the important things in life from the chaff. I hope you will enjoy sharing in my journey.
