In a world where there's SO many options of eating plans, I'd like to narrow it down for you.(In this book you can learn one way to create sustainable change with your eating habits.Hi fellow eater,My name is Jen. I'm a health Coach, I specialize in the psychology of Eating. While most programs look at what we eat (which is important). I focus even more on why and how we eat.Have you ever found yourself half way through a carton of ice cream alone after a hard day and then wondered why you did that? Again?Guess what? You aren't alone in that AND it's not your fault. This question of why we find ourselves repeating this type of behavior (compulsive eating) is the main mystery I solve with my clients.Together we will look not only at what you are eating, but even more importantly the rest of your life. Your story - it's so critical in solving the mystery of why is it so hard to stick to your diet. There's so much more to your story than food itself. Number one, there's choice! The life you live is up to you. No matter what you are faced with, your reactions to what you are faced with is ultimately your choice! There's how you feel - your emotions are often times actually controlled by so much more than your conscious brain. There's your beliefs - what limits and drives you in life. This is critical to realize because without addressing our beliefs, it's not uncommon to get the same results. If we change nothing, we typically won't get a different outcome. There's your environment - what affects your beliefs of what you can do. You become like the 5 factors around you. This includes more than only people. How about media etc.?There's your past - facts that definitely play into your current reality are previous experiences. Our subconscious is formed by the memories we have of past experiences. Then there's your takeaways - what you choose to hold onto and what you choose to let go. Forgiveness is often critical for change to happen. And it's typical to need to forgive oneself most of all. Most important of the above topics, is choice. You may not have realized this up until this moment, but the life you live is ultimately up to you! You get to choose what type of life you live. And it's my mission to help as many people as I can feel confident enough to accept themselves by breaking free from diet culture and enjoying their very best life right now.Your future is up to you!I encourage you - choose wisely, you won't regret it.All my best,Jen
